Archadeck was founded in 1980 to provide custom outdoor living spaces that increase the beauty and enjoyment of our customers’ homes. They emphasize high-quality construction, offering a variety of outdoor living projects, such as decks, outdoor kitchens, patios, porches, sunrooms, and more. Todd and Carrie Fannin share that commitment. They’re passionate about helping their neighbors create both gathering places for friends and family and serene retreats while giving back to this beautiful region.

After moving around the country in their corporate jobs, the Fannins returned to Todd’s hometown in Northwest Georgia to be near family and reconnect with their roots.

They’ve called many places home, but none are dearer than where they live now—their forever home in Northwest Georgia. Looking to combine Todd’s business experience with Carrie’s creativity and their mutual desire to make a difference in their community, they found Archadeck the perfect fit. Now, they’re thrilled to bring the Archadeck Outdoor Living experience to their neighbors.

Todd and Carrie Fannin have been married for over 20 wonderful years and share a love of nature and punny jokes. When they’re not building beautiful outdoor living spaces, you’ll find them and their pup Bodhi hiking, bouldering, and generally exploring as they ask, “I wonder where that road goes?”
