Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our growing team. This role serves as the bridge between our operations team, insurance carriers, adjusters, and property owners to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently from start to finish.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and understands the importance of thorough documentation and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claims from initial intake through final payment
• Communicate regularly with adjusters, carriers, homeowners, and internal teams
• Review and submit claim documentation
• Track claim status and follow up to ensure timely approvals and payments
• Maintain accurate records in company software

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Professional and customer-focused demeanor
