Come learn jiu jitsu self-defense with at Scramble BJJ. It is free to all the ladies in the community! It will be July 19th from 6-8pm. We will drill self-defense techniques from 6-7pm and will have food and fellowship from 7-8pm! 

Come in your gym clothes - compression pants and shirts or leggings and t-shirt is just fine!!!
